If you have received an item from meduexpress.com. You have the option to return the item in most situations within 20 days of delivery. Different policies or regulations can be found for different products.
Medu Express Global Store Return Policy.
If you return an item, it could take up to 30 days to get it back to you. Refunds typically take five to nine business days to appear in your account. You must return the item at your own expense on your return label. If Medu Express receives an item to return, they will refund up to 30 USD for the return mailing expenses. Returns are handled in the same manner whether your shipment is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Once your return is completed, you will be repaid the cost of return shipping as well as your Import Fees Deposit.
When Picking Up a Products.

- Returns are accepted for items delivered up to 20 days following the purchase date.
- Due to the item’s made-on-demand nature, The Drop Collections’ merchandise is eligible for returns, but you will be charged a postage cost when you mail the items back because of the on-demand nature of their creation.
Computers and electrical equipment
- meduexpress.com will accept returns of new desktops, laptops, and tablets purchased from the site within 20 days after delivery if they do not start immediately when plugged in, if they are damaged, or if they are still in their original packaging.
- In addition to being accepted for return if the computer doesn’t work when it arrives, meduexpress.com may test computers that are returned and impose a 16% consumer fee equal to the total price of the product less the value of the product (i.e., how much the customer overpaid for the item).
- Returned desktops, laptops, and tablets that are damaged by customer overuse, or are missing parts, are ineligible for refund. Products that are unsellable due to consumer tampering are also subject to additional restocking fees.
- The marketplace vendors' return policy applies to the merchandise you purchase from them.
Furniture
- Items may be returned within 20 days of receipt of shipment for any reason.
- When you buy an item, and it turns out to be damaged or defective, you can get support from Medu Express or get a free return replacement.
Jewelry and Watches
- To ship products valued at 50 USD or more, jewelry and watches must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
- Return all product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal with the item.
- We do not accept things returned without their original documentation.
- Worn-out, damaged, or changed goods may not be returned.
Customized Products
The customized product includes engravings, stamps, monograms, embroideries, embossing, etching, carving or printing, as well as things that are customized or programmed.
